目的 :提高CT对大脑中动脉供血区脑梗塞的早期诊断。方法 :本文通过 2 0例大脑中动脉供血区早期脑梗塞 (发病 6h内 )的CT分析 ,并采用薄层扫描急窄窗照片技术、摆正体位等方法 ,进行双侧大脑密度及脑沟、脑裂对比 ,发现脑内更多、更早病灶。结论 :大脑中动脉供血区早期脑梗塞CT表现有 :豆状核边缘模糊 ,密度减低 ;岛叶密度减低 ,相应侧裂池变窄 ;颞叶皮层密度减低 ,脑沟变窄或消失 ,灰白质界面不清。
Objective: To improve the early diagnosis of cerebral infarction in middle cerebral artery by CT. Methods: CT analysis of 20 cases of early cerebral infarction (within 6 hours of onset) in the middle cerebral artery blood supply area was performed in this study. Bilateral brain densities and sulci, Comparison of brain crack, found that more brain, earlier lesions. CONCLUSION: CT findings of early cerebral infarction in the middle cerebral artery supplying area are as follows: the lentiform nucleus is fuzzy and the density is decreased; the density of the insular lobe is decreased and the corresponding lateral cleft is narrowed; the density of the temporal cortex is reduced; the sulci are narrowed or disappeared; Interface is unclear.
