外伤性白内障是致盲的主要原因之一,国内文献报告,在眼球穿孔伤中外伤性白内障的发生率高达53%以上,致盲率达47.5%。团此,对外伤性白内障的研究和治疗具有重要意义。现将我院1974年以来收治的56例外伤性白内障病例资料整理报告如下: 临床资料1.发生率:1974年以来共收治各种眼外伤216例,其中外伤性白内障56例,发生率为25.6%。56例中男38例(占67.8%)女18例(占32.2%),男女比为2.1:1。男比女高1倍多。年龄最小的2岁,最大的63岁。2.病程:发病后24小时内就诊的17例
Traumatic cataract is one of the main causes of blindness. According to the domestic literature, the incidence of traumatic cataract is as high as 53% or more in penetrating traumatic eye injury and the blinding rate reaches 47.5%. This group of traumatic cataract research and treatment of great significance. Now in our hospital since 1974, 56 cases of traumatic cataract were summarized as follows: Clinical data 1. Incidence: A total of 216 cases of eye trauma since 1974, of which 56 cases of traumatic cataracts, the incidence was 25.6 %.
