为了提高聚丙撑碳酸酯(PPC)的力学性能和热性能,采用不同工艺制备了PPC/聚对苯甲酰胺(PBA)复合材料。结果表明,溶液共混制备的PPC/PBA复合材料均为多相材料,而采用原位聚合的方法且PBA的质量分数不超过4.5%时,可以制备PPC/PBA分子复合材料。拉伸和热分析测试表明PBA4.5分子复合材料的拉伸强度、模量、热分解温度、玻璃化转变温度均高于纯PPC。FTIR、DSC、SEM结果证明了PBA4.5中PBA的纳米级分散,尺寸为100 nm左右。
In order to improve the mechanical properties and thermal properties of polypropylene carbonate (PPC), PPC / poly (p-benzamide) (PBA) composites were prepared by different processes. The results show that PPC / PBA composites prepared by solution blending are all multiphase materials. However, PPC / PBA composites can be prepared by in situ polymerization and the mass fraction of PBA is less than 4.5%. Tensile and thermal analysis tests showed that tensile strength, modulus, thermal decomposition temperature and glass transition temperature of PBA4.5 composite were higher than pure PPC. The results of FTIR, DSC and SEM confirmed the nanoscale dispersion of PBA in PBA4.5 with a size of about 100 nm.
