京广上行唐庄特大桥(K602+650)全长952.3m,桥上线路曲线半径600m,上部结构由100孔跨度8m钢筋混凝土梁,2孔8m低高度钢筋混凝土梁和4孔16m低高度先张预应力混凝土梁组成。该桥由铁一院设计,铁三局六处施工,1986年交付运营。一、病害情况 1991年8月新乡工务段秋检时,发现有少量的梁体下缘底轻微裂缝,1992年3月再次抽查时,发现病害已迅速发展,集中表现为:梁体保护层剥落,少量箍筋甚至已经锈断,主筋直径及间距已无法辨认。据统计,本次检查全桥病害梁,特别严重的有56孔,严重的20孔,较严重的26孔。严重的病害主要集中在曲线内侧梁体泄水孔处下缘底部,而且数量大,发展快。该桥交付运营仅6年,就发生如此严重的病害,且严重危及行车安全,引起路局严重不安。
