隐性知识由于自身的默会性、技能性、方法性等特点,很难与他人共享、交流和理解,但却对高校图书馆的知识创新和核心竞争力起着重要作用。因此,本文针对隐性知识构建三维知识创新机制,即营造知识创新内生发展的根本、以“多赢”为核心拓展联动性发展空间、获取“政府激励”的外生性支持,旨在为隐性知识的获取和转移构建良好的软环境,以期实现高校图书馆知识创新的新起点和新高度。
Tacit knowledge is difficult to share, exchange and understand with others due to its tacit, skill and methodological features, but it plays an important role in knowledge innovation and core competitiveness of university libraries. Therefore, based on the tacit knowledge, this paper constructs the mechanism of three-dimensional knowledge innovation, that is to create the fundamental of endogenous development of knowledge innovation, expand the linkage space with “win-win” as the core, gain the exogenous support of “government incentive” It aims to build a good soft environment for the acquisition and transfer of tacit knowledge in order to achieve a new starting point and a new height of knowledge innovation in university libraries.
