多年来,民主集中制一直作为我们党和国家的根本组织原则,写在宪法和党章中。然而,只要认真回顾历史,仔细观察现实,却不能不说民主集中制在现实生活中执行得并不好,违背民主集中制的现象比比皆是。特别需要注意的是,近几年来,由于强调民主和民主政治建设,有的同志对民主集中制本身提出了疑问和指责,认为我们过去出现的问题不在于违背和破坏民主集中制,而恰恰在于民主集中制本身,因而主张用民主制取代民主集中制。这样一来,忽视民主集中制、扭曲和违背民主集中制的倾向就得不到纠正。
Over the years, democratic centralism has always been enshrined in the Constitution and the party constitution as the fundamental organizational principle of our party and our country. However, as long as we carefully review the history and carefully observe the reality, we can not but say that it is not good for the democratic centralism to be implemented in real life. The phenomenon of violating democratic centralism abounds. In particular, in recent years, due to the emphasis on democracy and the construction of democratic politics, some comrades have raised doubts and accusations about the system of democratic centralism. They think that the problems that arose in the past are not about violating and undermining democratic centralism, but precisely on the basis of Democratic centralism itself, thus advocating the democratization of democratic centralism. In this way, the tendency to ignore democratic centralism and distort and violate the democratic centralism will not be corrected.
