我们中山大学师生于一九七四年十二月至一九七五年一月到广州无线电专用设备厂开门办学,参加CXK—72型数控线切割机的调试。在工人师傅和技术员的指导下,通过直接参与实践,对机器的原理有较深的认识,能应用所学理论来分析和解决调机中出现的各种故障,无论从实践上和理论上都有较大提高。下面仅就在调机过程中遇到的问题作一些归纳和整理,以供参考。
