脑钠素可用于心力衰竭诊断、治疗及预后评估,可鉴别心源性及肺源性哮喘,评价急性心肌梗死后的心功能。本文对脑钠素的机制及在心血管疾病中的应用作一综述。
Brain natriuretic peptide can be used in the diagnosis, treatment and prognosis of heart failure. It can differentiate cardiogenic and pulmonary asthma and evaluate the cardiac function after acute myocardial infarction. This article reviews the mechanism of brain natriuretic peptide and its application in cardiovascular diseases.
