2003年以后,房地产市场发展进入转折期,住宅市场均价也开始出现较大幅度的上涨,2003-2005年期间,年涨幅达到12.7%。2005年全区商品房平均销售价格达到1500元/平米,其中,住宅销售价格1370元/平米,增长12.5%。2006年一季度全区商品房销售价格比上年同期上涨11.1%,2007年住宅市场价格仍存在相当大的上涨空间,预计价格将呈现稳定上升态势。
After 2003, the development of the real estate market entered a turning point. The average price of the residential market also started to rise substantially. From 2003 to 2005, the annual growth rate reached 12.7%. In 2005 the average sales price of commercial housing in the region reached 1500 yuan / square meter, of which residential sales price of 1370 yuan / square meter, an increase of 12.5%.
