中国岩石力学与工程学会首届会员代表大会经过讨论,一致同意梅剑云同志代表本会筹备组所作的工作报告。大会认为,在中国科协的领导下和本会挂靠单位中国科学院地球物理所的支持下,本会筹备组自1981年成立以来,在学会组织建设、开展学术活动、出版刊物、培训人才、对外交流等各项工作中所作的努力是卓有成效的,为今后学会工作打下了一个良好的基础。 After the discussion of the first member congress of China Society of Rock Mechanics and Engineering, it unanimously agreed on the work report made by Comrade Mei Jiangyun on behalf of the Preparatory Group of this Council. The conference holds that under the leadership of China Association for Science and Technology and with the support of the Institute of Geophysics affiliated to the Chinese Academy of Sciences, our preparatory team has learned to organize construction, conduct academic activities, publish publications and train qualified personnel since its establishment in 1981 Exchange and other efforts made in the work is fruitful, and laid a good foundation for future academic work.
