目的:了解海南医院大学生食品安全知识态度行为的现况,为医学院校如何开展食品安全教育提供理论依据。方法:采用多阶段抽样方法,抽取海南医学院526名学生进行自编食品安全知识、态度及行为进行问卷调查。结果:526名学生的食品安全知识的平均知晓率为62.81%。不同专业、性别、学历、年级学生食品安全知识知晓率差异存在统计学意义,不同民族学生食品安全知识知晓率差异无统计学意义。学生对食品安全态度较为积极,但对当前食品安全形势缺乏信心。广播、电视及网络是学生获得食品安全知识的重要途径。部分学生还存在一些不良的食品消费习惯。结论:应有针对性的在学院开展食品安全教育,提高学生的食品安全意识,改善食品消费习惯。
Objective: To understand the status quo of knowledge and behavior of food safety among college students in Hainan Hospital, and to provide a theoretical basis for how to carry out food safety education in medical colleges and universities. Methods: A multistage sampling method was used to extract 526 students from Hainan Medical College to conduct self-made food safety knowledge, attitude and behavior questionnaire survey. Results: The average awareness rate of food safety among 526 students was 62.81%. There were significant differences in the awareness rate of food safety knowledge among different majors, sexes, educational level and grade students. There was no significant difference in the awareness rate of food safety among different ethnic groups. Students are more positive about food safety but lack confidence in the current food safety situation. Radio, television and internet are important ways for students to gain access to food safety knowledge. Some students still have some bad food consumption habits. Conclusion: It is necessary to carry out food safety education in college, improve students’ awareness of food safety and improve food consumption habits.
