利用螯合吸附剂从溶液中将金属离子进行选择性吸附,富集分离的方法已有文章详述。近年来用巯基棉及聚丙烯酰胺肟-羧酸螯合纤维富集多种微量元素的性能,机理研究及测试报道不少。本文利用氯纶为原料合成聚胺-聚脲螯合纤维,研究了在pH=5微酸性介质条件下,对铬、钛、钒、镓、铟、铅、锡等微量元素的富集性能进行了研究。此螯合纤维可定量吸附多种微量元素,具有富集倍数高,饱和吸附容量大,解脱性能及选择性好等特点,与ICP光谱测定结合,样品分析得到较满意的结果。
The use of chelating adsorbent metal ions from the solution for selective adsorption enrichment separation method has been described in detail. In this paper, the polyamine-polyurea chelate fiber was synthesized by using chloroprene as raw material. The enrichment performance of trace elements such as chromium, titanium, vanadium, gallium, indium, lead and tin was studied under pH = 5 slightly acidic medium Study. The chelating fiber can adsorb various trace elements quantitatively, and has the advantages of high enrichment factor, large saturated adsorption capacity, good release property and selectivity, and is combined with ICP spectrometry to obtain satisfactory results.
