1.压铸浇注系统的结构 瑞士压铸浇注系统可分热室压铸机、冷室立式压铸机和冷室卧式压铸机三种结构,它们浇注系统各部结构尺寸已成标准化。比我国压铸浇注系统设计先进,计算迅速,工艺参数一般都通过实践验证定型。三种结构浇注系统的形式如图3—6。浇道各单元面积的计算都是以内浇口面积为基础,按一定比例计算,如图中所示。
