面对中国电影蒸蒸日上的大好形势,面对国家对电影大力扶持的各项政策的及时出台,电影已经作为一个重要文化产业而被提升到了一个空前的战略高度。如何迎接挑战、抓住机遇,实现建设“电影强国”的光荣梦想与宏伟目标,已然成为电影人所面临的首要任务。近年来,贺岁档的火爆成了电影市场最为抢眼的现象,也是电影业界和学界考察和研究的重点。受香港电影启发,内地贺岁片于1998年出现且有不俗票房,但最初几年一直处于势单力薄的孤军作战状态。新世纪之后,随着电影产业化改革的深入,院线和影院建设迅速发展,业内对电影放映档期的认识亦越发清晰,“五一”档、暑期档、“十一”档、贺岁档等大的档期备受关注,其中跨年度的贺岁档尤被视为最抢手的黄金档期。历年不菲的贺岁档票房为这一档期积累了好口碑,抢占贺岁档似乎成为许多制片方占领票房制高点的法宝。2009—2010年贺岁档更是达到前所未有的高度:历时四个月的档期、五十多部影片、32亿元票房,创造了中国电影的又一个奇迹。本刊认为,本年度贺岁档的火爆一方面集中体现了电影产业改革的实绩,另一方面也出现了许多新现象、新情况和新问题,对未来中国电影产业发展富有启示意义,值得认真总结和研究。为此特邀请数位业内专家和学者,就2009—2010年贺岁档现象发表各自观点和建议,希望对今后电影贺岁档运作乃至电影产业化发展能有所启迪和裨益。
