针对文东非均质多油层油田开发中存在的突出问题及采油工艺现状,在国内首次正式提出了一套井网、多套层系、强注强采、高速开采的逐层段上返开发的新思路,丰富了细分层系的概念,并选择试验区开展先导试验。试验取得了成功,其成果直接应用于文东油田的开发调整,获得较好的开发效果。该方法从根本上解决了非均质多油层油田层间矛盾突出、剖面动用状况差、储量水驱动用程度低等问题,实现了用较少的钻井达到细分层系、加密井网、高速开采、提高采收率的目的。
