我院1986年一1998年共收治先天性巨结肠46例，现将诊治结果及体会报告如下。lits床资料本组46例，男34例，女12例。年龄最小出生后2天，最大9岁，均进行手术治疗，手术时年龄出生后4－18月45例，9岁1例。病变部位在直肠乙状结肠者43例，在降结肠者3例。手术方式均采用结肠切除 A total of 46 cases of Hirschsprung’s disease were treated in our hospital from 1986 to 1998.
