实施特色发展战略是高校继续教育可持续发展的战略抉择,这是顺应高等教育发展趋势的理性选择,是遵循自身发展规律的内在要求,也是提升市场核心竞争力的根本途径。针对特色办学理念不强、师资特色不明显、管理模式特色缺失等现状,提出要从培植特色办学理念、打造继续教育特色项目、彰显师资队伍特色、提升继续教育独特品质以及加强体制机制创新、落实特色发展专项经费等方面加以改革。
Implementing the strategy of distinctive development is a strategic choice for the sustainable development of continuing education in colleges and universities. This is a rational choice to comply with the trend of higher education development, an inherent requirement of following the law of own development, and also a fundamental way to enhance the core competitiveness of the market. In view of the current situation that the characteristics of running a school are not strong, the characteristics of teachers are not obvious, and the characteristics of management mode are lacking, this paper proposes that we should cultivate the characteristics of running a school, create the characteristics of continuing education, highlight the characteristics of the teaching staff, enhance the unique quality of continuing education, Special development funds and other aspects to be reform.
