前言感染是经静脉起搏器植入后的合并症之一,文献已有种种报告。并发心内膜炎必须拔出导管电极的病例绝非少数。我们自1970年以来安置起搏器62例,其中4例因并发感染需要拔出电极。但此情况下多数病例伴有电极拔出困难,有报告指出强行拔出造成了致命的后果。我们对拔出电极困难的3例试用滑车持续牵引法,全部取得良好效果,报告于后。 Preface Infection is one of complications after intravenous pacemaker implantation, there are various reports in the literature. Concurrent endocarditis must pull the catheter electrode case by no means a minority. We have placed pacemakers since 1970 on 62 cases, of which 4 require pulling out of the electrodes due to concurrent infection. However, most cases in this case are accompanied by difficulties in pulling out the electrodes. Reports have pointed out that forcibly pulling out has fatal consequences.
