实验中观察到新疆紫草:①对小白鼠有明显的抗生育作用(P<0.01);②对幼年小白鼠有明显的抗外源性hCG所致的子宫增重效应(P<0.001);③对大白鼠有明显的抗着床、抗旱孕作用(P<0.01)。组织学检查可见,胎盘结构呈现不同程度的退行变或吸收。结果提示紫草对大、小白鼠为一有效的抗生育剂,不论着床前或早孕期给药均能终止妊娠。
In the experiment, Xinjiang comfrey was observed: 1 It had significant anti-fertility effects on mice (P<0.01); 2 Young mice had obvious uterine weight gain effects (P<0.001) against exogenous hCG; 3 There was significant anti-implantation and anti-irrigation effects on rats (P<0.01). Histological examination revealed that placental structures exhibited varying degrees of retrogression or absorption. The results suggest that Lithospermum is an effective anti-fertility agent for both large and small mice, and pregnancy can be terminated regardless of whether it is administered prior to implantation or during early pregnancy.
