少量钆加入AuNi_9合金,生成含微量金的GdNi和GdNi_2金属间化合物,多富集于晶界,晶体点阵分别为斜方和立方系.AuNi_9合金中添加少量钆后,合金的再结晶温度明显提高,合金的硬度和强度稍有提高,弹性模量降低,而对电阻率、电阻温度系数和对铜热电势的影响则不明显.配制成的AuNi_9-Gd_(0.5)合金有良好的抗盐雾和潮湿等介质腐蚀的性能,接触电阻低而且变化很小,耐磨性能也很好,已证明有较大的实用意义.AuNi_9合金中加钆提高了耐磨性能,其原因将进一步研究.
GdNi and GdNi_2 intermetallic compounds with trace amounts of gold were formed by the addition of a small amount of gadolinium to AuNi_9 alloy, which were mostly enriched in the grain boundaries with orthorhombic and cubic lattice points respectively. The addition of a small amount of gadolinium to AuNi_9 alloy resulted in a significant recrystallization temperature , The hardness and strength of the alloy slightly increased, the elastic modulus decreased, while the resistivity, the temperature coefficient of resistance and the effect on copper thermoelectric potential were not obvious.The prepared AuNi_9-Gd_ (0.5) alloy has good salt resistance Fog and moisture medium corrosion performance, low contact resistance and little change, wear resistance is also very good, has proved to be of greater practical significance .AuNi_9 alloy with gadolinium increased wear resistance, the reason for further study.
