本文简要的分析了大容量电站锅炉蒸汽参数发展趋势及钢种选用原则。指出由于电站锅炉的用钢量约占整个火电机组的80%以上,只要有任何一根钢管或某一焊口不合格就可能速成运行事故,从而提出对电站锅炉用钢的可靠性等问题必须引起足够重视。文中重点分析了国外大容量电站锅炉的选材情况,讨论了电站锅炉用钢的热强性、管材的质量对使用寿命的影响、焊接缺陷及其对以后安全运行带来的问題,并从材料与工艺的角度分析了它们与电站锅炉制造质量的关系。
This article briefly analyzes the development trend of steam parameters of large-capacity power station boilers and the principle of steel selection. It is pointed out that since the amount of steel used in power station boilers accounts for more than 80% of the total thermal power units, an accident may occur as soon as there is any failure of one of the steel pipes or one of the welding ports, so that the reliability of steel for power station boilers must be raised Caused enough attention.
