外阴阴道念珠菌病（ＶＶＣ）是仅次于细菌性阴道病的最常见的阴道炎。非孕期ＶＶＣ首选局部用药治疗，复发性外阴阴道念珠菌病（ＲＶＶＣ）在常规治疗后常需进行巩固治疗，孕期ＶＶＣ的治疗要考虑药物对胎儿的影响。
Vulvovaginal candidiasis (VVC) is the most common vaginitis after bacterial vaginosis. Non-pregnancy preferred VVC topical treatment, recurrent vulvovaginal candidiasis (RVVC) often need to be consolidated after conventional treatment, treatment of VVC during pregnancy to consider the impact of drugs on the fetus.
