本试验借助氨基酸自动分析仪、高压液相色谱等对枣、酸枣、核桃、苹果、梨、桃、杏等果树花粉中的蛋白顶、氨基酸、可溶性糖、维生素、黄酮类化合物和矿质元素等进行了系统研究。结果表明,花粉中不仅营养物质含量很高,而且种类齐全,配比良好,并与谷物、豆制品、乳制品有良好的蛋白质互补作用,其营养价位高于牛肉、鸡蛋、小麦、玉米等食物,花粉不仅是珍贵的食物资源,也是天然的药物资源;花粉的种类不同,其营养成分含量差异较大,但枣品种间差异不大。
