为了简化FDM快速成形机的控制系统,降低FDM快速成形机的制造成本,提出了一种基于Raspberry Pi(树莓派)单板电脑的FDM快速成形机位置控制系统。该系统以单板电脑为控制核心,以Debian Linux为操作系统,通过Python语言编程控制,实现对FDM快速成形机的x-y轴联动和z轴运动控制;利用接入以太网的Raspberry Pi,实现了对FDM快速成形机的远程登录、文件传输以及实时监控。该控制系统大大降低了FDM快速成形机的成本,且具备远程操作功能,有利于FDM快速成形机进入大众市场。
In order to simplify the control system of the FDM rapid prototyping machine and reduce the manufacturing cost of the FDM rapid prototyping machine, a FDM rapid prototyping machine position control system based on the Raspberry Pi single board computer is proposed. The system takes the single-board computer as the control center, uses Debian Linux as the operating system and controls the xy axis and z-axis motion of the FDM rapid prototyping machine through the programming control of Python language. By utilizing the Raspberry Pi connected to the Ethernet, Remote login, file transfer and real-time monitoring of FDM rapid prototyping machines. The control system greatly reduces the cost of FDM rapid prototyping machine, and has remote operation capabilities, is conducive to FDM rapid prototyping machine into the mass market.
