子宫内膜异位症是一种妇科常见病,常以盆腔内病灶多见,如果内膜异位于腹壁切口称之为腹壁切口子宫内膜异位症.近年来,腹壁切口子宫内膜异位症的发病率有所上升,现将我院1980～1992年收治的17例做一临床分析.1 临床资料1.1发病率本组17例占同期剖宫产手术总数10080例的0.17%.其中1980～1985年4例,包括小剖宫术后2例,足月剖宫产术后2例,占同期剖宫产总数4230例的0.047%;1986～1990年7例,包括小剖宫术后1例.足月剖宫产术后6例,占同期剖宫产总数4891例的0.143%;199～1992年6例,全部为剖宫产术后,占同期剖宫产手术959例的0.63%.
