目的:静电纺丝制备淫羊藿黄酮纳米纤维膜,提高淫羊藿黄酮体外溶出率。方法:通过溶解度试验筛选合适溶剂,以静电纺丝制备淫羊藿黄酮纳米纤维膜,采用扫描电镜对纤维膜表面形态进行观察,通过体外溶出度测定的评价淫羊藿黄酮的溶出效果。结果:甲醇与二甲基乙酰胺混合溶剂的溶解性及纤维成型性较好;载药纤维直径分布均匀(400~600 nm),表面光滑无药物颗粒,药物与聚合物之间通过氢键作用,具有良好的相容性,体外溶出结果表明所制备的纳米纤维膜中淫羊藿黄酮能在30 s内释放完全。结论:淫羊藿黄酮纳米纤维膜的电纺制备工艺简单易行,该工艺能有效提高淫羊藿黄酮的体外溶出度。
OBJECTIVE: To prepare Epimedium flavanoids nanofiber membrane by electrospinning and to improve the in vitro dissolution rate of Epimedium flavanoids. Methods: The appropriate solvent was screened by solubility test. Epimedium flavanoids nanofiber membrane was prepared by electrospinning. The morphology of fibrous membrane was observed by scanning electron microscopy. The dissolution of Epimedium flavanoids was evaluated by in vitro dissolution assay. Results: The solubility of the mixed solvent of methanol and dimethylacetamide was good and the fiber formability was good. The diameters of drug-loaded fibers were uniform (400-600 nm), the surface was smooth and free of drug particles. The drug and polymer were hydrogen-bonded , With good compatibility. The in vitro dissolution results showed that epimedium flavonoids could be completely released within 30 s in the prepared nanofiber membrane. Conclusion: The electrospinning process of Epimedium Flavanoids nanofiber membrane is simple and easy. The process can effectively improve the dissolution of Epimedium Flavanoids in vitro.
