1.关于吐酒石与葡萄糖酸锑 V 钠对小白鼠的致死作用,我们探索了一些中枢抑制药与兴奋药的影响。所试的抑制药有水合氯醛,溴化钾,溴化钠,溴化钙,酒精,安眠妥与三氯叔丁醇七种。兴奋药有苯甲酸钠咖啡硷与士的宁二种,以及溴咖合剂。2.在所试的药物中,水合氯醛与溴化物在适当剂量时,对于二种锑剂尤其是吐酒石中毒呈现比较显著的保护作用。安眠妥,酒精与三氯叔丁醇的数种剂量,似能增加锑剂的毒性。咖啡硷与士的宁在我们的实验条件下,并不表现明显的影响,但因所用动物数较少,剂量范围较窄,难于作出结论。
1. On the lethal effects of spit and antimony V sodium gluconate on mice, we explored the effects of some central depressants and stimulants. Inhibitors tested were chloral hydrate, potassium bromide, sodium bromide, calcium bromide, alcohol, sleeping pills and chlorobutanol seven. Excitement drugs are sodium benzoate and strychnine two kinds of coffee, and bromocriptine mixture. In the tested drugs, chloral hydrate and bromide at the appropriate dose, for the two kinds of antimony agents, especially spit tartar poisoning showed a more significant protective effect. Good sleep, alcohol and several doses of chlorobutanol, seems to increase the toxicity of antimony agents. Caffeine and strychnine did not show significant effects under our experimental conditions, but the conclusions were difficult to conclude due to the smaller number of animals used and the narrower dose range.
