为解决旋转结构中多裂纹的定量识别问题,提出了一种基于小波有限元模型的转子多裂纹识别方法.首先从正问题入手,基于区间B样条小波有限元建立转子裂纹的精确辨识模型,利用该模型求解不同位置和深度的裂纹转子的固有频率,通过曲面拟合技术建立裂纹诊断数据库;然后从反问题切入,设计多裂纹识别算法;最后,正反问题相结合,通过等高线法实现转子裂纹位置与深度的定量识别.仿真结果表明:该方法能够高精度地对转子多裂纹进行识别,对工程中旋转结构中多裂纹的定量识别具有一定的指导意义.
In order to solve the problem of multi-crack identification in rotating structure, a rotor multi-crack identification method based on wavelet finite element model is proposed.Firstly, from the positive problem, an accurate identification model of rotor crack is established based on the interval B-spline wavelet finite element method, The model is used to solve the natural frequencies of cracked rotors with different positions and depths, and a crack diagnosis database is established by using surface fitting technique. Then, from the inverse problem, a multi-crack identification algorithm is designed. Finally, by combining the positive and negative problems, And the quantitative identification of rotor crack position and depth is realized.The simulation results show that this method can identify the multi-crack rotor with high precision and has certain guiding significance for the quantitative identification of multi-crack in the rotating structure of the project.
