2007年7月,《预防脑卒中叶酸在争议中胜出》一文在《健康报》上刊登后,引起读者极大关注,先后有多位读者来信推荐此文,并希望本刊能就文中涉及的一些具体问题提供可操作性的指导意见。这是一项由9位中美科学家共同完成的大型荟萃研究结果,并已先行在英国权威医学期刊《柳叶刀》上刊登。为此,本刊特约北京大学第一医院心内科龚艳君博士及该研究参与者之一霍勇教授撰写此文,介绍叶酸预防脑卒中的意义、用法及其他一些相关问题,以满足读者要求。
In July 2007, “Prevention of Folic Acid in Stroke” won the controversy. After it was published in “Health Newspaper”, readers have drawn great attention. A number of readers have written this paper, Some specific questions provide operational guidance. This is a large-scale meta-study of nine scientists from both China and the United States, and has been published in The Lancet, a leading British medical journal. To this end, the publication of the First Affiliated Hospital of Peking University Heart Institute, Dr. Gong Yanjun and one of the study participants, Professor Huo Yong wrote this article to introduce the significance of folic acid to prevent stroke, usage and other related issues to meet the reader’s requirements.
