Objective To investigate the value of predicting and diagnosing serum superoxide dismutase (SOD), homocysteine (Hcy) and high sensitivity C-reactive protein (hs-CRP) in acute cerebral infarction. Methods The levels of serum SOD, Hcy and hs-CRP in patients with acute cerebral infarction (experimental group) and healthy subjects (control group) were detected, all of which were 100 cases. The correlation analysis was performed. Results The levels of Hcy and hs-CRP in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group, and the concentrations of SOD in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group (P <0.05); while the sensitivity, specificity and Youden index were the highest Detection. Conclusion The combined detection of 3 indicators of SOD, Hcy and hs-CRP can significantly improve the accuracy of the diagnosis of acute cerebral infarction.
