因酸化而破损的双面字迹纸质档案在修复时涉及去酸和加固2项任务,如能将两项独立的技术集成,即可简化修复流程又可达到去酸加固的目的。本文选择丝网去酸加固法与典具帖去酸加固法,研究两种集成方法的实施和应用。通过对比试验和老化试验研究,探究两种集成方法的去酸效果和加固作用,得出经集成技术处理后,破损档案纸张的物理性能有明显提高,纸张由酸性变为中性或弱碱性;对比两种集成处理,1.5%g Mg O作为碱性物质,添加到CMC糨糊中,使用7.3g/m2典具贴加固纸张,经人工老化试验,其去酸加固效果好于先用1.5%g Mg O去酸再用丝网加固的作用。
