The problem of infinity eigenstructure of a generalized system is studied, and a method of computing the infinity eigenvectors and the generalized infinity eigenvectors of a generalized system is given. On this basis, we discuss the problem of eliminating the pulse motion of a generalized system and obtain the necessary and sufficient conditions for the pulse-free motion of the system
