本文报道10~40μg/ml NiSO_46H_2O(Ni)在试管中能使 FA 细胞株的 EB 病毒(EBV)核抗原(EBNA-2)表达增强10.99~39.29%。1~20μg/ml Ni 有明显促进 EBV 转化人脐血 B 淋巴细胞的作用,当多次加Ni 时促进效应更强,前者转化促进率为13.31~46.61,后者达22.70~57.04%。最佳浓度为10μg/ml。EBV 与鼻咽癌(NPC)密切相关,广东 NPC 高发区粮食和饮水中 Ni 的含量偏高,NPC 患者血和头发中 Ni 的水平明显高于健康人。研究结果提示,EBV 与 Ni 相互作用可能是 NPC 发生,发展过程中的一个协同因素。
This article reports that 10 ~ 40μg/ml NiSO_46H_2O (Ni) can increase the expression of EB virus (EBV) nuclear antigen (EBNA-2) in the FA cell line by 10.99-39.29%. 1~20μg/ml Ni significantly promoted the transformation of human umbilical cord blood B lymphocytes by EBV. When Ni was added multiple times, the promotion effect was stronger, the former was 13.31~46.61, and the latter was 22.70~57.04%. The optimal concentration is 10 μg/ml. EBV is closely related to nasopharyngeal carcinoma (NPC). The content of Ni in food and drinking water is high in Guangdong NPC high-risk areas, and the level of Ni in blood and hair of NPC patients is significantly higher than that of healthy people. The results suggest that the interaction between EBV and Ni may be a synergistic factor in the development of NPC.
