用气体蒸发法在133.3Pa的Ar、N2气体中制备了以Fe90B10为母材的超细微粒。在不同惰性气体中形成的Fe-B超细微粒在室温下的磁性差别很大,形态基本一致,粒径略有差别,Fe含量以及晶化程度显著不同。讨论了两种微粒性质差异的形成机制
Ultrafine particles based on Fe90B10 were prepared by gas evaporation method in 133.2 Pa Ar and N2 gas. The Fe-B ultrafine particles formed in different inert gases have very different magnetic properties at room temperature, with basically the same morphology, slightly different particle sizes, and significantly different Fe content and degree of crystallization. The formation mechanism of the difference of two kinds of particles is discussed
