以甘蓝型油菜95Z192的组培小孢子植株为供试材料,以移栽前在试管培养过程中加倍、移栽时浸根加倍、移栽后花期滴腋芽加倍共3种方法的14个处理进行油菜小孢子植株的加倍试验。结果显示:移栽时浸根加倍效果最好,植株成活率和加倍率最高。其中0.05%秋水仙碱+1.5%二甲基亚砜混和液浸根4d的处理植株成活率91.30%、加倍率93.65%,效果最好;浸根2d的处理植株成活率95.45%,加倍率80.95%,效果次之。且试验方法简单,花费时间短,为有效的加倍方法。同时,通过考种分析了加倍处理对小孢子植株农艺性状的影响。
