作者应用国产腔内微型换能器对30例正常成年人进行了食管下括约肌压力测定,结果为LFPS=23.06±3.70mmHg(SD)。最小值为15.67mmHg,最大值为29.33mmHg。还测得食管胃连接部高压带的长度平均为33.94±7.59mm(SD)。结合Molf的命名法,对描记的压力曲线进行了讨论。
The authors performed intra-abdominal sphincter pressure measurements on 30 normal adults using a domestic endoprosthetic transducer with LFPS = 23.06 ± 3.70 mmHg (SD). The minimum is 15.67 mmHg and the maximum is 29.33 mmHg. The length of the high pressure zone of the esophagogastric junction was also found to be 33.94 ± 7.59 mm (SD) on average. In conjunction with Molf’s nomenclature, the pressure curves of the tracings are discussed.
