我厂采用合理配重、分段镗削及调整找正的方法,在装有数显装置的T681卧式镗床上,完成加工机床主轴箱上孔系的钻孔、攻丝。现以一个攻丝主轴箱为例说明其加工过程。由于箱体的尺寸太大,1800(长)×700(高)×(180(宽),而孔坐标水平x向极限数值为0~1660mm,镗床工作台横向水平只移动800mm,为保证箱体与前盖,箱体与后盖定位销孔(圆柱销及菱形销)的定位精度,定位销孔可在钻床或精度低一点的落地镗床上,按划线位置一次找正定位配作好,使其与整个孔系坐标分离。对箱体主轴孔、传动轴孔及前盖主轴孔分左、中、右三段镗削(右段0~750、中段750~950、左段950~1660)。根据箱体在工作台上偏置状态适当加上配重,镗削过程的几次定位采用调整找
