本文简介了邯郸钢厂25t 钢包回转台的机构组成;着重介绍了在模拟实载情况下,对回转台转臂结构所作的静、动态应力测试和位移测试,其中包括测点选择、测试方法、测试结果及分析研究;同时对回转台座架,地脚螺栓及轴承内、外圈紧固螺栓等的受力情况的测试分析也作了较详细的介绍。在一系列测试和分析的基础上,文章指明邯钢25吨钢包回转台(与西德原设计相比,在某些方面有所改进),在结构上是合理的,但也存在个别薄弱环节应当进一步改进。
This paper introduces the mechanism of the 25t ladle turntable in Handan Iron and Steel Plant.
