黑龙江省齐齐哈尔市梅里斯区莽格吐邮电所位于齐市北部,距中心市区86公里。这个邮电所地理偏僻,业务量不大。过去自办时有三名职工(一名话务员、一名乡邮员、一名营业员兼所长),他们家都在梅里斯区所在地,在当地吃住都很困难。节假日期间,难以保证正常工作;若有人休病事假,区局派人值班,往返最少也要三天时间。多年来,不但给工作带来很多困难,而且年年亏损。1984年,该所收入3926元,支出5573元,亏损1647元。
