国汇中心原为南坪会展中心二期工程,由一栋54层的超高层酒店建筑和一栋24层的办公楼建筑及其裙房组成,因其美观的外形现已成为重庆长江大桥南桥头地标建筑之一。该项目为华东院与CMCU·中联建筑·建筑设计研究院合作项目,建筑设计研究院负责结构设计及全专业现场服务。寅吾·鑫座标项目总占地约144亩,总建筑面积13万平方米,主要规划为A区和B区。项目主要为高端城市商业综合体,涵盖了星级酒店、大型购物中心、餐饮休闲娱乐风情街区、时尚购物步行街、时尚家居生活馆、星级影院、儿童游乐城等。
State Department Center was originally Nanping Convention and Exhibition Center Phase II project, a 54-story super high-rise hotel building and a 24-storey office building and its podium composition, because of its beautiful appearance has now become the Yangtze River Bridge in Chongqing South One of the landmark buildings. The project is mainly for the high-end urban commercial complex, covering star hotels, shopping malls, restaurants and entertainment style neighborhoods, fashion shopping pedestrian streets, fashion home life museums, star cinema, children’s play city and so on.
