“上汽集团正在尝试收购一家波兰汽车厂。”一则消息在上汽整体上市的背景下并不引人注目。然而细心观察作为中国最大轿车生产企业的上海汽车工业(集团)总公司,在收购韩国双龙和参股通用大宇科技之后,正与英国罗孚汽车公司协商进行合资合作,并希望能进入波兰市场,收购大宇-FSO生产工厂,从而能在欧美汽车的大本营占一席之地,这无疑是上汽一直贯彻的全球化道路的重要一步,也是汽车弈局中占先的手筋。
