目的　调查超声乳化白内障吸出术后感染性眼内炎的发病原因 ,提出防治对策。方法　对 3ぁ 85 0例超声乳化白内障吸出术后 5例感染性眼内炎患者进行回顾性分析。结果　术中前房污染是最常见的发病原因 ,及时、彻底地前房冲洗注药术是最有效的处理方法之一。结论　随着超声乳化白内障吸出术的逐渐普遍应用 ,应重视感染性眼内炎的防治 Objective To investigate the etiology of infectious endophthalmitis after phacoemulsification cataract extraction and to propose prevention and cure measures. Methods A retrospective analysis was performed on 5 cases of infectious endophthalmitis after 3 ぁ 85 cases of phacoemulsification cataract extraction. Results Intraoperative anterior chamber contamination was the most common cause of etiology, and prompt and thorough anterior chamber irrigation injection was one of the most effective treatment methods.
