近几年来,餐饮业发展势头强劲,这给厨师劳动力市场带来了巨大潜力,给烹饪专业的学生提供了良好的就业机会。但同时也提醒了我们,随着餐饮业的蓬勃发展,市场竞争将越来越激烈,对烹饪从业人员的综合能力也有了更高更新的要求。如何让我们的学生在今后的工作岗位上能站稳脚跟而不被社会淘汰?这无疑摆在我们面前首先要解决的问题。为此,我们在面点教学的过程中,要着重实训课的教学,培养学生的综合技术能力。
The strong momentum in the restaurant industry in recent years has given tremendous potential to the chef’s labor market and provided good employment opportunities for culinary students. However, we also remind us that with the booming development of the catering industry, competition in the market will become increasingly fierce, and new and higher requirements will be created on the comprehensive ability of the culinary workers. How can our students be able to gain a firm foothold in society in the future without being eliminated by society? This is undoubtedly the first issue we must solve before our face. To this end, we in the noodle teaching process, we should focus on the training of teaching, develop students’ comprehensive technical ability.
