1987年11月24～27日,国务院三线办和冶金工业部在昆钢联合召开了昆明钢铁公司改扩建方案论证会。国务院三线办副主任周长庆、三线办领导成员李非平、云南省省长和志强、副省长金人庆、昆明市副市长字国瑞等领导同志以及西南三线钢铁工业综合规划小组全体成员、及冶金界的专家和有关设计院、钢铁企业的代表共193人参加了会议。
From November 24 to November 27, 1987, the Third Department of the State Council and the Ministry of Metallurgical Industry jointly held the Kunming Iron and Steel Company’s reconstruction and extension program demonstration meeting in Kunming Iron and Steel Co., Ltd. Zhou Changqing, deputy director of the Third Department Office of the State Council; Li Fuping, the leading member of the third-line office; Li Zhi-ping, governor of Yunnan Province and Zhiqiang, deputy governor of Jinrenqing District; Zun Guorui, vice mayor of Kunming City; and all members of the comprehensive planning team of the third- A total of 193 experts from the metallurgical industry and representatives from design institutes and steel enterprises attended the meeting.
