“Hand, Foot and Sickness” was first described and named by Robinson in 1957. At that time a hot skin disease with skin lesions and pharyngeal lesions was prevalent in Toronto, Canada, and Robinson established Coxsackie A16 virus in 71% of cases. Since then, all countries have reported this disease, but few. The authors reported two cases they had seen and made a systematic review of the disease. Clinical manifestations: “Hand, foot, and sickness” is a seasonal, epidemic, rash fever that mainly affects young children (half of whom are under 5 years of age, regardless of gender) but can also occur in adults, the authors report The two cases are adults. The disease is extremely contagious, often in children between the oral infection.
