【设计意图】每年清明前后,绍兴人家都会做艾青饺,吃艾青饺。作为学生熟悉的乡土民俗文化活动,选择艾青饺这个话题为习作主题,学生有话可说,有情可依,能唤起学生的乡土情结,促进学生的乡土表达。本主题式写作从三方面展开指导:一是述艾饺制作;二是品艾饺美味;三是话艾饺情意。【教学目标】1.传承民俗,学会用文字介绍艾青饺的制作过程。2.培养观察意识,学会状物、神态、心理活动等细节描写。3.激发学生爱家乡爱亲人
