高校学生管理的制度化非常重要,是高校良性制度化教学的保障,全校师生都必须要遵守。但高校学生管理工作的制度化过于严谨,对人的限制约束太大,不能考虑实际情况酌情安排,暴露出很多的不足。本文分析了高校学生管理工作的现状及不足,建议融入人性化的管理方式,两种管理方式相互补充,完善高校管理机制,提高管理水平,才能建立起一支优秀的高校学生管理队伍。 The institutionalization of student management in colleges and universities is very important, which is the guarantee of the benign and institutionalized teaching in colleges and universities. All teachers and students in the university must abide by it. However, the institutionalization of university student management is too strict, restricting people’s restrictions too much, and can not be arranged according to the actual situation and expose a lot of deficiencies. This article analyzes the present situation and the insufficiency of university students’ management, suggests that it integrates humane management methods, complements each other with two kinds of management methods, perfects the management mechanism of colleges and universities and improves the management level so as to set up an outstanding university student management team.
