今年年初,北京市人力资源和社会保障局、河北省人力资源和社会保障厅在北京共同签署《发展家庭服务业合作框架协议》,决定以政府引导、市场运作、优势互补、协同发展为原则,依托河北省丰富的人力资源和北京供给需求,构建京津劳务协作机制,形成有组织、有秩序、有规模的定向输出家政服务员机制,提升两地家庭服务业发展水平。河北省家庭服务业充分发挥协会作用,积极推进京津冀三地家庭服务企业合作,组织对接洽谈会。
Earlier this year, Beijing Human Resources and Social Security Bureau and Hebei Provincial Department of Human Resources and Social Security jointly signed the Framework Agreement for Developing Cooperation in Family Services in Beijing. The decision follows the principle of government guidance, market operation, mutual complementarity and synergic development. Relying on the abundant human resources in Hebei Province and Beijing's supply needs, the Beijing-Tianjin labor service coordination mechanism has been set up to form an organized, orderly and scale-oriented domestic service attendance mechanism to enhance the development of domestic service industries in both places. The family service industry in Hebei Province gave full play to its role as an association and actively promoted the cooperation among family service enterprises in Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei to organize a matchmaking symposium.
