构建社会主义和谐社会,是我们党科学把握我国社会发展进程提出的重要战略构想。面对这一重大历史任务,胡锦涛总书记强调指出:“要通过深入系统的理论研究,深化对构建社会主义和谐社会的规律性认识,使我们关于新形势下构建社会主义和谐社会的理论更加完备,使我们推进社会主义和谐社会的工作更加富有成效。”以文化艺术为主体、包括多种多样的群众文化在内的社会文化建设,是构建社会主义和谐社会的重要内容。对社会文化规律性的深入探索,对于推进社会主义和谐社会的文化建设,以及通过发展社会主义先进文化来不断巩固和谐社会建设的精神支撑,具有重要的意义。
