在纪念红军长征胜利70周年之际,许多人都想沿着当年红军长征的路走一走,亲身感受长征的艰辛和伟大。在这支“圆梦”的队伍中,还有一些引人瞩目的外国朋友。据报载:在北京工作的英国学者、历史学博士李爱德与同胞马普安从江西于都出发,开始第一次“长征”,用384天步行横跨江西、湖南、贵州等10个省区,最终抵达长征终点陕北吴旗县。不久,李爱德又与新同伴杨肖从湖南桑植县出发,沿着中国工农红军第二方面军的长征之路,开始第二次“长征之旅”。他的这一行为引起不少新闻媒体的关注,也被人们传为佳话。
